If you want to be part of this public preview, keep reading. Getting started with QAuto just got easier. Vanta Agent can help turn past questionnaires and security documents into a ready-to-use Knowledge Base, guide you through answering your first questionnaire, identify content gaps, and show how your coverage improves as you add more information. Vanta is looking for folks who would like to try this out, especially teams with a backlog of completed questionnaires or security documentation. When I inform you it's turned on, please leave your feedback here in thread or in 🔒[private feed]. We want to hear it!

FYI: When this gets activated for you, if you are already onboarded and have used Vanta Agent, you likely may not see the banner that is referenced in the demo clip. therefore, once turned on for you, just open the vanta agent and ask it for help building out your knowledge base, and youll be good to go

QQ - is (or will) there be some form of general documentation or similar to help guide staff on how to use Questionnaire Automation, when they need to process a questionnaire? Asking, so I know what to think about, as I get ready to open this up to my staff. General doc / walkthrough from their perspective would be useful. If nothing ATM, no worries, then I'll need to roll my own.

hey Rudy M. great question. would the content under Key Workflows listed here be useful for your team? There are specific guides and documentations laid out for i think what youre hoping to accomplish. let me know! and i see your interest; will get that submitted now

cleanshot x FTW! 😉 It's got loads of neat features like that, that I love. Set once and forget, then they auto apply. 🪄

I think there's a few others these days that do something similar, but cleanshot does the trick for me.

it's a solid goto IMHO. decent keyboard shortcuts too.
