Love at first query: Vanta Agent has met Customer Commitments You can now ask the Vanta Agent plain-English questions about your Customer Commitments: contracts, commitments, standard commitments, all of it. For example:

Which Background Check commitments am I not currently able to meet?
Which customers say I can't train on their data?
Which customers require pen test results, and what are the SLAs?
Do any customers have the right to participate in our BCDR tests?

And here's where it gets actually useful: the Agent cross-references your commitments against your live GRC program; so instead of just telling you what you promised, it tells you where you're falling short. Beautiful. Availability: Customer Commitments customers

Curious - does this then integrate with existing CRM's (eg. Salesforce) data to be able to query agreements at the source? (eg. if signed agreements are stored in CRM) Disclaimer : I'm not on the available tier, so I'm merely curious for future self than anything else atm.

great question, Rudy M.! what exists today is auto-assignment of contracts to SFDC accounts. here is a direct link to the section of the help center doc that explains that. there was more expected to ship re: SFDC, but im still looking into that. for now, that is what exists today!

Would be neat if one day (when I'm big), the solution was a query to the source instead of needing all contracts to be stored in Vanta, as that's a bigger ask IMHO.
