np, understood, thanks. might be useful context to add internally, that when a notification requires action (test/control, etc. failure/attention flag), it would be useful to support ownership assignment (pref also team group level assignment) from day 1, to avoid us Admin's having to catch loose ends in covering the ownership gap, please. 🙏 Meaning, there's MANY small "papercuts" w.r.t ownership assignments that works in wonky ways, that could use some consolidation TLC please, so they flow seamlessly. Not a huge issue right now, but could become a real pain-point depending on scale, if not fixed at the foundational layer please. If I've gone through the effort of creating team group ownership logic, I would appreciate a team can be assigned as owner everywhere where ownership is supported. Otherwise confusion creeps in not only for the respective admin, but also those involved in addressing the gap at hand. Thanks

Re "Weekly digest email" - is there a way to assign this to a team grouping, so that digest pushes directly into slack, like the rest of the "teams" things pending review? It's a useful view, now I just need to make sure more get viz of potential improvements that could do with some attention, where time permits.

I think there's a few others these days that do something similar, but cleanshot does the trick for me.

QQ - is (or will) there be some form of general documentation or similar to help guide staff on how to use Questionnaire Automation, when they need to process a questionnaire? Asking, so I know what to think about, as I get ready to open this up to my staff. General doc / walkthrough from their perspective would be useful. If nothing ATM, no worries, then I'll need to roll my own.

Always enjoy these discussions, as it's interesting to see how others problem solve very real situations. Kudos to everyone involved in producing these. Keep 'em coming.
