Risk Navigation Update: Simplified Menu and Faster Access to Key Risk Features

Risk navigation: So fresh and so clean ✨
Why make it difficult to find something?? That's no fun for anyone. That's where this update comes in.
What changed:
Risk Snapshots moved to the "…" menu (less clutter in your main nav)
Added a quick link to Risk Settings in that same menu
Cleaned up the menu overall so it's faster to get where you need to go
Why this matters: You'll spend less time hunting for the right page and more time actually managing risk. The navigation now shows only the most frequently-used items upfront. Where to find things:
Main Risk page → your day-to-day risk overview
Click the "…" menu → Risk Snapshots and Settings
