You can now comment directly on individual questions inside your TPRM assessments, which means the conversation stays where the work is, not buried in an email chain from three weeks ago. (yikes!)
Here's what that looks like:
Internal comments: whisper to your teammates about a vendor response without the vendor ever knowing. Your private review, your call.
External comments: talk directly to vendor contacts through the Exchange to ask for clarification or more evidence. No forwarding, no "per my last email."
Filter by comments: see every question with activity at a glance so nothing quietly falls off the radar.
Everything is tracked and auditable, so when someone asks "wait, why did we accept that response?" you'll actually have an answer without needing to leave Vanta. TPRM collaboration never looked so good, until now
