Contract Analyzer is now generally available
Somewhere in that 40-page MSA, someone promised something. Contract Analyzer finds it.
Contract analyzer evaluates customer contracts against your GRC program and flags the gaps between what you've committed to and what you can actually demonstrate; before an auditor, or a customer, gets there first.
With this now launching to general availability for those of you with the Customer Commitments add-on, you can now act on findings without leaving the analysis:
Send it to redline: mark a commitment for review and Vanta Agent drafts the language for you
Wave it through: acknowledge commitments that are fine as-is
Close the gap: work with Agent to fix what isn't
Teach it: save corrections and org context to Agent memory, so future analyses already know how your team thinks
Findings are also easier to scan now, so you can easily see what matters.
