Control Access by Category for Tailored Views in Your Trust Center
Control who sees what on your Trust Center
Until now, controls on your Trust Center were all-or-nothing; either visible to every visitor or not published at all. If you needed to show different controls to different audiences, you were stuck.
That changes today. You can now set access at the control category level, giving you a distinct view for each audience. Here's how it works:
Category-level access: Each control category is set to either Public (visible to everyone, the default) or Shareable (hidden from public view, visible only to specific audiences you grant access to). Status visibility per category: You control how much detail each audience sees; one category can show full pass/fail status while another shows only passing controls. Tag-based access: Access follows the same tag model already used for resources. Assign a tag to a control category and the same tag to an account, and that account automatically sees the matching controls. For example: tag a category "FedRAMP" and your federal reviewers see it; your commercial audience doesn't.
The result: one Trust Center, multiple tailored views; each audience sees exactly what they need to see, nothing more. Beautiful.
