Here’s what’s cleaner now: For vendors: Attaching documents happens in one modal instead of two stacked ones. The instructions match how upload actually works, a disabled Upload button explains why, and search no longer flickers. Vendor sign-in wording also drops “magic link”, so it feels consistent with Vanta login. For you: Open attachments and evidence in the document preview, whether PDF, Excel, JPG, or PNG, instead of downloading them.
