Controls Now Show 'Needs Evidence' Instead of 'OK' to Highlight Real Gaps in Vanta

"OK" is no longer the vibe
Controls with no linked evidence were showing OK. They were not OK. They were just… unexamined. Vanta fixed that. Those controls now show "Needs Evidence" so you can spot real gaps instead of false confidence.
