Anyone have a good template for risk acceptance sign-off by management?

hey Steve F.: good q! i wonder if Jason L. or christie.russell might have a pov here. i also know Andy S. has submitted feedback re: templates previously, so i wonder andy if you have any workarounds youre implementing you want to share? and Jake I. youve contributed lots of risk; do you have a perspective to share? no pressure folks, but wanted to at least have a starting point. if not your wheelhouse, please say so!

I'm actually dealing with the same situation regarding risk acceptance 😅. Trying to design something that covers us. Might have something in a few weeks

If I recall, we used what came with Vanta. We document exceptions or issues and associate it with a risk. Multiple issues can be link to a single risk. ChatGPT or AI sources could be good starting point and they tailor it to your specific needs.
