You're right it does work when I stay in the same window, I think it's as I'm opening a new tab that I'm getting mixed up with. The agent often provides a link to a document as part of the answer and I'll open a new tab to look into that, but the agent disappears and I couldn't find a way to get it back on the new tab. However, I've now realised the star icon on the top right does make the docked agent open/close, which is great, so I can just click the 3 dots to find the chat again. In short - ignore me it's all perfect

I noticed! It's great. So much more accessible this way. First bit of feedback is it would be great to have the ability to pin it to the screen at all times, or at least control in/out like with the menu bar on the left. I found that I had an open chat then navigated away and it disappeared, then I couldn't get that conversation back to being docked. Could be user error but that's my initial experience

Hi Jacob G. - I saw this at Vanta Delivers and it looks great, but I'm confused about availability. You said it's available to 'Teams with TPRM and Advanced TPRM w/ Continuous Monitoring' - are TPRM and Advanced TPRM different things? I was told there was only one upgrade available for Vendor mgmt so assumed that was Advanced and that ours was called TPRM (and therefore we would have access to the assessments) but I don't see the functionality

Hi Jacob G. this sounds amazing! Do you have an idea how long the rollout will take? We don't have a pressing need to skip the line so happy to wait, assuming it's not a really long rollout!

Also I didn't know about Questionnaire Automation Advanced, and not sure if we have it - is there anywhere we can see the difference? i.e. if the sandbox is running advanced then I can try playing with that.
