you may want to do a quick skim through to see if there are any questions phrased as Yes/No questions and add the addition Please describe if you anticipate needing to add an explanation, then upload the doc

But I uploaded a excel based questionnaire just a week ago and there are questions like the below where there are terms like "Please Specify" or "Describe the mechanism" and yet I still see the Yes/No option only and no Free text option. Is this expected ?

Is there a help centre documentation or something similar with the list of integration that supports de-provisioning or within Integrations in Vanta where you can filter by apps that currently support Auto Deprovisioning through Vanta [i know this is not currently in place so might be a feature request]

Noticed that when a Word document is uploaded, some questions are automatically markes as drop downs and do not have explanation boxes to them e.g. This questionnaire I am working on which is a word doc did not have Yes/No as option but the extracted question however took this as Yes/No and only presented me with those options and no ability for me to add a explanation.
