This Vanta Community session is a real look under the hood at how one Vanta customer built and scaled a serious, audit-ready compliance program without drowning in manual work. Not by replacing the process, but by wiring it together.
Meet your speaker:
Geert V. is the Security Officer at Snitcher, a GTM platform that identifies anonymous website visitors so B2B teams can convert high-intent traffic the moment it lands. At Snitcher, Geert has built the information security management system from scratch, currently going through ISO 27001:2022 certification. He lives in the Netherlands with five kids and a small zoo's worth of pets. His approach to GRC: automate anything that can be automated, so a small team can carry a real management system without drowning in it.
What Geert will cover in this session:
Connecting Vanta to Notion, Linear and Google Drive with the Vanta MCP, so compliance work lands where the team already works
Using Notion as the ISMS backbone; one hub for everything outside Vanta
Putting agents to work: asking the Vanta AI Agent, turning failing tests into Linear tickets, fixing them with Claude Code
Keeping policies current and syncable
Training and evidence; awareness, secure coding and post-pentest training, with certificates captured as audit evidence
Internal audit and pentest cycles, including using meeting transcripts as evidence
This session is less about where AI is headed, more about what it looks like day to day; and where it still needs a human.
